Elle: Elle Gunderson, OTDS is a student of occupational therapy at Touro University Nevada and a mother of four. She created the Happy Birth Day program to promote maternal mental health and prevent the development of intrusive traumatic memories related to birthing experiences. She believes occupational therapists are a missing and vital component of women's health, and more specifically--maternal care.
